  • Each class is making a Class Basket to donate for the Basket Auction. We are asking each family to make a donation to contribute to the class basket. Please send in your donation by 9/29

3. Math- page 35 number 3-10 in notebook, estimates and answers

School starts at 7:50 and classes begin promptly at 8:00 so please arrive on time so that morning classes are not disrupted. We will dismiss at 2:30 through door number 2 in the school yard.

Recess/ Lunch is from 12:05-12:55

The students will have gym on Thursdays. 

Reminders:
1. All parents and guardians MUST write a note if your child is being dismissed differently than normal routine - ex: grandparents/family members picking up, aftercare, not taking the bus etc. If there is a dismissal change during the school day please email the office and let them know. Please do NOT email me about a dismissal change that day because I may not see it until after dismissal.

2. Children are allowed to have a REUSABLE plastic water bottle in school throughout the day. Please make sure the water bottle is spill proof. Metal water bottles are not permitted

3. Please adhere to the uniform policy that can be found in the "handbook" section of our website.  Students are allowed to wear their gym uniforms on gym days only.  

4. Please email me with any questions or concerns you may have during the school year - [email protected].  Please understand if you are emailing me during school hours I will get back to you within 24 hours. 

5. Please get into the habit of checking and reviewing your child's grades regularly on the FACTS website.  In addition, all assessments are returned home in our "Tuesday Test Folder".  Parents MUST sign and empty out the folder every Tuesday when it comes home.  Please send it back on Wednesday mornings.

6. If you would like to celebrate your child's birthday in class, please email me the week before and let me know what you are sending. Pizza at lunch, cupcakes, or a small treat are permitted.
