1. Backpacks with wheels ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please send your child to school with a standard backpack. It is VERY DANGEROUS for students to be transporting these backpacks to and from the second floor. 

2. Our School day begins at 7:50am - dismissal is 2:30pm. 

3. All parents and guardians MUST write a note if your child is being dismissed different then normal routine - ex: grandparents/family member picking up, aftercare, not taking the bus etc. 

4. Children are allowed to have a REUSABLE water bottle in school throughout the day.  Please only send water in a spill proof container.  STANLEY OR OTHER METAL WATER BOTTLES are NOT allowed.

5. Please adhere to the uniform policy that can be found in the "handbook" section of our website.  Students are allowed to wear their gym uniforms on  Gym days only. 

6. We love to celebrate birthdays in class!  Students are welcome to bring in a treat to celebrate their birthday with their classmates.  Parents please email me at least one week prior to your child's birthday so that we can plan something together.  Summer birthdays will be celebrated during the month of June. 

7.  Please email me with any questions or concerns you may have during the school year - [email protected].  Please understand if you are emailing me during school hours, I will get back to you on a break or during lunch time.  Thank you!

8.  Please get into the habit of checking and reviewing your child's grades regularly on the report card website.  In addition all assessments are returned home in our "Tuesday Test Folder".  Parents MUST sign and empty out the folder every Tuesday when it comes home.  Please send it back on Wednesday mornings.
